Growing in greenhouses

1. Organization of greenhouse vegetable production

1.1. CREATION OF A GREENHOUSE COMPLEX:

1.1.1. General consulting on indoor cultivation, discussion of greenhouse options, irrigation, and heating. Selection of greenhouse manufacturers, irrigation and heating systems, preliminary calculation and evaluation of options. Analysis, evaluation, and recommendations on soil type (substrate) and soil analysis, irrigation water analysis, etc. Supervision of contractors installing greenhouses, irrigation, and heating systems to achieve ideal conditions for growing selected crops.

1.2. WHAT WE GROW:

1.2.1. Agreement with the customer on the list of crops to be grown. In the absence of a clear definition of the TOP list, development of proposals for varieties and hybrids that will best satisfy the customer and will be suitable for the growing conditions in terms of their characteristics.

1.3. SEEDLING GROWING:

1.3.1. In the absence of a specialized “Seedling Department,” development of recommendations that include a list of measures and materials necessary for organizing a seedling department.

1.3.2. Agreement with the customer on deadlines. If the starting point is the date of the beginning of TOP fruiting, then a schedule of main operations is developed in accordance with the physiological characteristics of TOP: sowing, obtaining seedlings, planting seedlings in a permanent place.

1.3.3. Depending on the type of TOP, a list of consumables is drawn up: cassettes, pots, type and volume of substrate, as well as a list of measures to be taken before sowing seeds.

1.3.4 Depending on the type of TOP, a technological scheme for growing seedlings is developed, which includes: nutrition, climatic conditions (temperature regime and air humidity of the substrate, lighting), as well as protection of seedlings from diseases and pests.

1.4. PREPARATION OF THE GREENHOUSE FOR PLANTING SEEDLINGS (DIRECT SOWING) INTO THE SOIL:

1.4.1. Providing recommendations on the formation of beds, soil preparation (application of organic and mineral fertilizers, soil treatment), organization of drip irrigation, installation of the main elements of the trellis; calculation of the need for a “seasonal” trellis.

1.5. PLANTING SEEDLINGS (DIRECT SOWING) IN THE GROUND:

1.5.1. Refining the planting scheme in accordance with the characteristics of the TOP. Instructing the contractors and/or personnel who will be planting and tying up the seedlings.

1.5.2. Providing recommendations on the application of biological products and growth stimulants, which are applied for disease prevention and stimulation of growth processes, before, during, and after planting seedlings.

1.6. TOP CULTIVATION:

1.6.1. Development and transfer of a technological scheme for growing TOP for the following phases: restoration of vegetation, beginning of flowering, beginning of fruiting, and fruiting. The technological scheme includes: recommendations on climatic conditions (air and soil temperature, air and soil humidity), a nutrition system, a system of preventive measures to prevent diseases and pests, a list of agrotechnical measures (pruning, leaf number control, etc.).

1.6.2. Calculation of requirements for fertilizers, stimulants, micronutrients, and plant protection products.

1.7. END OF THE VEGETATIVE SEASON

1.7. The end of the previous season is preparation for the new one. This is especially true when cultivation is carried out in two cycles. List of agrotechnical and preventive operations that must be carried out at the end of the season, after the last TOP selection.

1.7. List of preparations, products, and consumables necessary for “cleaning” the greenhouse.

1.8. TRAINING OF MANAGEMENT AND SELECTED STAFF IN THE BASICS OF GREENHOUSE CULTIVATION.

1.9. AGRICULTURAL SUPPORT:

1.9.1. Phytomonitoring of plant condition and work performance throughout the growing season, flowering, and fruiting.

1.9.2. One-time visit to the enterprise.

1.9.3. Weekly work with reports from agronomists or the person in charge.

1.9.4. Consultation by phone, photo and video means during the month.

1.10. ENGINEERING SUPPORT AND COORDINATION OF EQUIPMENT OPERATION:

1.10.1. List of technical and engineering actions for preparing greenhouses for cultivation

1.10.2. Launch of automated irrigation, fogging, fertilizer application, microclimate

1.10.3. Consulting, selection of telemetry – monitoring of temperature and humidity in greenhouses.

1.10.4. Telephone support for engineering, telemetry, electricity, Internet.
